Solid Local Work, Solid Local Reviews

I will never call another plumber

I will never call another plumber (and I have tried out many during my 20 years in real estate). James delivers top notch service, he does it quickly and is so kind. He explains everything, gives you options, he is honest and more than fair. He does everything from hot water heaters, to sewer lines ++ I cannot recommend VIP Plumbing enough.

Unlike every other company I called

Our lift station went out in the morning and we had visitors arriving that evening. Unlike every other company I called, James actually answered the phone. Not only did James answer his phone, he was over at our house working on the problem within a hour. I found James to be very likable, super honest and he did quality work!

James was the absolute best. We were at our Airbnb when we lost our running water. He was able to help us in a timely fashion. We appreciate you James!

I would definitely use them again

Great service, the tech did a great job fixing my heating problem, the owner is very hands on and kept me in the loop with inbound parts and service appointments. I would definitely use them again.

Went above and beyond to help

James showed up and went above and beyond to help at an air b n b we were staying at. It had no running water and septic issues, and even with 2 other jobs going, James was able to figure it out. 100/10, thank you!!!

Helpful, knowledgeable, and timely

Mike was so helpful, knowledgeable, and timely! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with terrible timing, as our system clogged a week after brining our newborn home. I highly recommend their services!

J. McKeithen

Shout out to James

We got to our Air B&B and the water was not running. Our host called VIP Plumbing. James showed up exactly on time. He quickly found the problem and solved the issue. He had our water running again in no time.

Professional, prompt, friendly and clean service. I can’t recommend VIP plumbing highly enough. Also, shout out to James. He is the man.
